    Girl I've been on and off with myself with loosing weight. It is very very hard but I believe you get to a point where you have to tell yourself you need this. Not only to look better but to feel better. That is where I'm at and started last week every day at 6am i headed to the gym, meal prepping is the worst! but Lord does it help. So far it's been okay but the first few days I was so sore I tried to convince myself to give myself a break lol and then I stripped naked looked myself in the mirror and said NO!!! you can not have a break WOMAN! And drove my ass to the gym. πŸ˜‚ Anyone can do it never give up.

    i started my weighloss journey a month and a half ago and so far ive lost 20 pounds and i feel like shit cause i dont see the diffrence but other people can lol i feel like they lie to me because they see how hard im trying and they feel bad.. ive been slacking but im back on track. its sooo hard to leave soda and all the good foods 😩 but im not giving up i look at your pics and motivate myself more your so perfectπŸ’–πŸ˜©

    You should weigh yourself once a week instead of everyday. You can't really gain or lose much from one day to the other and worrying about one slight change can get to your head. I think working out and eating well are great things as long as you don't let it affect your mental well being.
