    I started P90X in 2006, and it has been one of my best investments. My body was transformed for better. I still use it 2-3 times a week , the rest I go to lift weights at the gym.

    I'm on my 53rd day of P90. I've lost 24 lb so far. I need to lose something like 100-150 more to get to my goal. And god damn it feels good to be on the way!

    this has been proven wrong, if you run over 3 miles a day more then 3 days a week it can actually have a back effect. it is like a U shape, you need to find a middle balance not to little and not to much to see best results in the long run, there was a man who use to run 100 mile races and dies of a heart attack at 55 from over working his heart

    I'm so happy I found this video. I started p90X nine weeks ago and I'm loving. I can't say enough about how much I love working out with Tony Horton. I love his personality and the way he makes any hard workouts less intimidating. God bless you Tony!

    i wanna say the same speech for my seminar :(. i have it day after tomorrow. is there a way out? i can't type every word by pausing and then continuing it. is there other video which has subtitles ?

    @ 2:46 – The 6 things Tony Horton says that he has figured in the course of training other people and training himself :

    1.  Variety – Make sure you have variety in your fitness/exercise routine.
    2.  Consistency – You need to exercise 5 to 7 times a week for the rest of your life.
    3.  Intensity – You have to always "up the ante." Once you can run a 5K, start running 10Ks., once you can run a 10K, start running 1/2 marathons, etc…
    4.  Purpose – Eat foods that serve purpose for your health and the quality of life. Eat clean, wholesome and healthy food.
    5.  ??
    6. ??

    What did I miss? Just want to make some changes and live healthier and he certainly seems like he would be a good person to learn from! Thanks.
