    My fellow workers all follow the “fizy unique plan” (Google it) and they have lost between 9 and 14 pounds each so far. Many people told me Google it and also try it too. As soon as I started following it the weight just decreased 14 lbs.

    I think that its important to point out that most of these online diet videos we see are for people looking to get into bodybuilding or who are already engaged in it. But what about say an Olympic weightlifter? I've been training oly style and i know i need tonnes of carbs and 6 meals a day is not always very practical.
