I'm 38 and got injured playing football with some colleagues last June. Two times fell on my wrist and one I turned my foot in a strange way. they were hurting like hell especially the wrist, they took 1 month to fully recover.

I'm lifting a 100 pound bar now 300 times a day. + 100 times more a day. While still drinking plenty of beer. My goal is 1,000 times a day.

Hey. I love your natural bodybuilding chanal. I'm writing from Poland. Im wonder what your max at bench press, dead lift and squat for one rep and 10reps. And when it was the best and what is now?

I know this one was spontaneous, but is there any way I could find out in advance when your next livestream is? Would like to watch it and ask intelligent questions.

Fantastic! What's up scooby? Liked! 😀

Scooby or ANYONE, I am getting really confused and scrambled on which weightlifting workout to choose. I can't go wrong by going to custom workout planner, entering my goals, then staying on each workout for 4-6 weeks then move on to the next right?? That the best way to do it?

Hi scooby! Unfortunately I miss your Q&A so I have to ask here: what do you think about the sucralose which is found in whey protein as a exchange for sugar? Is this bad for health? Do you recommend no flavor whey protein? What's your opinion? Kind regards, Vlad.

What the squat did you just say about me, you hungry skeleton? I’ll have you know I graduated top of my class at Scooby's Workshop, and he has a tasteful nude pic of me on his wall, and I have over 300 confirmed pounds of natty gains. I am trained in oly lifting and I’m the top snatcher in the entire US. You are nothing to me but just another roiding monkey. I will wipe you the fuck out faster than vitamin K put me on dialysis, mark my fucking words. You think you can get away with saying that shit to me from your car? Think again, fucker. As we speak I am contacting my secret network of cross fit gyms across the USA so you better prepare for the kipping, maggot. The kipping that wipes out the pathetic little thing you call your gains. You’re fucking dead, kid. I can be anywhere, anytime, and I can lift you in over seven hundred ways, and that’s just with my bare hands. Not only am I extensively trained in the big 3, but I have access to the entire arsenal of ancillary lifts and I will use it to its full extent to wipe your DYEL ass off the face of the continent, you little shit. If only you could have known what unholy atrophy your little “clever” comment was about to bring down upon you, maybe you would have held your fucking tongue. But you couldn’t, you didn’t follow the program, and now you’re paying the price, you goddamn idiot. I will shit a gallon of milk a day all over you and you will drown in it. You’re fucking dead, joff. Pic related, its me.

I agree with Frank Zane. When I started working out, his physique type was my aspiration. I also think Lee Haney was impressive, he looked like a cross between a body builder and an outside linebacker; broad shoulders, small waist and hips, good size but still looked athletic.

45:07 "A lot of sprinters have huge legs. Sprinting probably builds big legs".
Newsflash: sprinters don't just sprint all day long. Footballers don't just kick balls all day long. Javelin throwers don't just throw javelins all day long.
Just because someone's a sprinter and has big legs, it doesn't mean he got bit legs from sprinting. Almost every single professional athlete in the world has probably spent a fair amount of time in the gym lifting weights, since strength is a basic prerequisite for good performance in almost every sport ever invented.

Even if running has the potential of building big legs, it would still take you years to accomplish what you would accomplish in months in the gym.

Scooby, Does muscle to fat ratio help for longevity? I heard reasearch says the heart and body loves and needs muscle. I don't want to think I need to be big and thick with muscle just to be OPTIMALLY healthy. But being lean to me still means a good ratio of muscle to fat. Please give me your thoughts on this
